Look at who they are. They have built their logistics/supply chains, and partnerships with their suppliers over the years, and now they can absolutely offer the lowest prices. When you are in financial stress, and you need a pair of pants, where are you going to go? Your "Mom and Pop" store who doesn't have the logistics/supply chain to enable low prices?
